The hotel was centrally positioned, clean and modern. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with child free option. Costa coffee machine in reception. 2 for 1 drinks at the bar. Spacious and modern room with a view of the viaduct and trains.

Had a decent size and well-maintained room with a nice big duvet, comfy king-size bed, plus tea-making facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the location right near everything in Bury.

The hotel is pleasant with an amazing location and genuinely friendly staff at least. It offers friendly services and has a good hot and lovely breakfast choices. What's more, there's public parking for those who drive. Overall outstanding food, plus there is The Knowsley Pub close by.

This place is equivalent to a 3-star rating and we think it's a great choice for staying here. You can enjoy a breakfast with options like cereal, fruit, and pastries.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional throughout our stay. In fact, when a fire alarm went off during the night, the staff remained calm and organized. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The bed was particularly outstanding, providing excellent comfort. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, although some hot items like scrambled eggs and black pudding tended to become hard under the heat lamps. Lastly, we appreciated the hotel's arrangement with a nearby secure car park, which offered convenient and affordable parking for just £5 per day.
